from the auction yard. Our motel is reminiscent of a bygone era and Historic Downtown Cottonwood is no more than a hop, skip, and a jump from our front door.

We have 9 rooms to choose from and offer weekly rates for laborers and out of town guests. Private with Non-Smoking rooms. We are located at the northbound on-ramp of I-5 and the Southbound off-ramp of I-5.
